Latest changes:

• Internet play!!!
• Fixed bug where minimap wasn't shown in map editor for maps taller than they are wide.
• Fixed bug where laser tanks with insufficient ammo still appeared as though they were shooting.
• Hopefully fixed bug when joining a game that caused other players to appear to have powerups.
• Resolutions below 800x600 may not be selected in the options menu.
• Added command-line argument that makes Tanky-Tank sleep for a little bit after every frame.
