A new version of Tanky-Tank has arrived!

Latest changes:

• Improved tank explosion animations.
• Improved weapon effect animations.
• Reload bars now gray out when out of ammo.
• Health and ammo bars now flash when too low.
• Minor balance adjustments.
• A.I. now properly plays Halftracks.
• Improved error handling in lobby server.
• Lobby server now checks for version match.
